I know this show have basically characters stereotypes and Leshawna is a black stereotype, but I never really saw her as that. as a kid I liked her because I love how feisty yet kind she is. She isn’t afraid of Heather and Duncan and has beaten them quite a lot. She slap Heather multiple times and beat the shit out of Duncan. As a person, who lack self confidence and doesn’t speak up. I love Leshawna confidence and how she stands up for herself and for others. 1:28 this right here shows that Leshawna isn’t afraid of Duncan and to called him on his bullshit. Her relationship with Duncan is underrated because they’re kinda frenemies sometimes they’re friends sometimes they’re enemies.

@@nicoleflores2054 I seen people complaining about her being a black stereotype, and that’s understandable but she does have personality and is more than a stereotype. She kind, brave, confident stubborn, loyal, and aggressive when needed to be and friendly. I love her and Heather dynamic because Heather is mean and arrogant. While Leshawna is the opposite. Also Heather doesn’t learn from her insults, Leshawna has beaten her up multiple times. Which is good because sometimes Heather needs a good slap in face once while but only when she deserved it. My favorite moment is when Leshawna, Trent, and Gwen left Heather to get her ass whooped by beavers 🦫. I really didn’t feel bad for Heather, she thought they would saved her after all the shit, she has pulled on them. That’s crack me up, thinking they would even saved Heather.

In season 2, she said "If someone's being too nice to you, it's for a reason, and it's usually not pretty" and yet the writers made her fall for Alejandro so easily, all they made her do in World Tour was complain about everything and they ruined her character. She remains my favorite though, nothing is changing that :)

@@nicoleflores2054 Sadly, they're only going to be 13 episodes long, which is a red flag for me personally. Revenge, All Stars and Pahkitew had 13 episodes each. Revenge is decent, but the other two are just terrible in my eyes. Really hoping that these new ones don't end up in the same basket as season 5/5.2 did. At least the show isn't dead, that counts for something.

Their alliance/sort of friendship was underrated. Part of me wishes Leshawna was in All-Stars, but the more sensible side of me is saying it would have ruined her character.

I hated that the team was mad at her for fake crying to get to the spa. They agreed that the person who helped the most gets to go to the spa. Leshawna did the most work. They rlly robbed my girl.

Duncan and Leshawna were my favourites their interactions were always so good 😭

The only seasons that you should watch are the first one (9/10), the second season called Total Drama Action (7/10), the third season called Total Drama World Tour (9/10), and the Ridonculous Race (8/10). The ones that you need to avoid are: Total Drama Revenge of the Island (6/10), All Stars (3/10), and Phakitew Island(2/10) all suck. I put a score next to each season to tell you how good it is according to the fandom.

Duncan really an underrated character they really made him soft in TDAS, I could’ve seen him and Mal having rivalry and World Tour just did him wrong with Ezekiel

Me too. Still do like I can see their frenemies relationship turning into something more later on in life. Like while out as two friends hanging out, they both drink too many drinks, then a drunken one night stand and then boom! Here they both are realizing there is something there.

as much as i think that their reaction after learning that Leshawna lied to them was justified, the plot seemed to stay that much and a genuine apology coming from her for like the next episode, could've just end that, it felt kind of forced. the talking behind them seemed more a reason to be genuinely mad at her. but yeah, i do agreed that those comments did not aged well.
