The problem is CRIMINALS don't give a shit about law so they CAN bring one. I work at night, all night, by myself in large building. I have 4 entrances with glass double doors. I do lock them but it would be so easy to just kick them in. My house is 3 doors down from this building. If anything happened, how is having my protection down the street gonna do any good. My heart goes out to this poor mom and her son! I absolutely agree that mentally and emotionally, those scars will sadly never heal. Most prisoners hate rapists and usually do “make them pay” and do to them what they’ve done to their victims. Unfortunately, that isn’t enough justice for what this mom and son had to endure. This story hits me, and probably most people, particularly hard. I’m not sure if it’s because it was said in such detail or what but Oh my gosh this is excruciatingly difficult to listen to! My prayers will always be with this family!

I wish ALL good lawful, law o-biding citizens could have at least one gun if not 2 to protect their family in a time of crisis..just like this! Lord have mercy on us all. I can't begin to imagine the lifetime of anguish and psychological damage that both victims will endure. The perpetrators relished and opened themselves up to demonic entities. They should remain in prison for life and hope to be delivered from their demons before they meet their maker. I pray that the Lord stretches His overwhelming healing presence over the victims. I'm utterly appalled this happened to them and is a sobering reminder of just how evil the world has become.

I'll never forget when I was at a party in my late teens and came across an older guy forcing himself on a girl out back that could hardly stand up . The terror and shame on her face when me and my buddy went outside to smoke a joint. We beat him way past the point of unconscious and would have kept going till he was mush if we didn't get torn off him by everyone else that heard. Exactly! Apparently it was 3 hours (although I'm sure it seemed like an eternity for them), then one guy came back 30 minutes later to have another go at the mother. There are no words for this at all.

Just when you thought it was already bad enough the bath bit happens…

During the trial the defense attorneys repeatedly tried to shift blame to the victims, discredit the victims and torment the victims with questions designed not to elicit the truth but to get them to give up. Its a shame when criminals have more rights than victims do. Only in a court room is it legal for the prosecutor, the defense attorney and the judge to be members of the same club, the bar assoc. If that isnt a system begging to be abused I cant think of a better one.

But this isn't a hate crime. CNN would likely tell you this was born of love.

Father lar... No not a hate crime. You have to have a conscience to hate! They will likely be portrayed as underprivileged, poverty stricken broken home with no father figure victim mentality

This was sick, twisted, wicked, and vile. Any one of these sadistic perpetrators could have stopped this before they laid a finger on this mother and her child. Not one of them said anything against what was happening. They all went along with it.

As I listened to her testimony, it Not Only brought Anger & Rage, but also Sadness and Deep Grief. Tears began to trickle down my cheek as her story touched and tore up my Heart. I would call these Men (?) "Animals" but that would only INSULT every creature on God's precious Earth! I have seen questions like: "How could this happen?" "What caused these men to inflict such hatred and cruelty towards this mother and son?" "What happened in their Childhood that caused them to turn into Monsters?" But at this point I ask, "Does it really Matter? Not to the Mother & Son" NOTHING matters except for what happened to this Mother and Son. There is NO Excuse that can EVER Justify the Crime Committed on them. I only wished that their mothers had the Good Sense (back then) to have them Aborted. So much pain and misery could have been avoided. How would they have felt if it was their Mothers or Brothers that were assaulted like this? Would they have cheered and laughed if their own Mother was raped in every Orifice by several men over and over again? Just the thought of it makes me physically sick. But these guys have No Empathy, no Morals, cruelty beyond believe, and actually find Pleasure in the Humiliation and Torturing of others. They serve no purpose in life, not an ounce of sympathy or compassion towards their Victims; and in a Just Society should be shown the same Mercy as their Victims received.

I don't know what to think after seeing this..My heart goes out to the lady and her child..😕😕

A lot of people asking these questions so here are the answers. It was at a government housing apartment complex called "Dunbar Village" in West Palm Beach, Fl. and the crime occured on June 18, 2007.

I believe his sentence was 30 years since he testified & pleaded guilty

I noticed the word 'rape' is never used. And this thing shows all the emotion, in recounting the crimes, shows all the emotion we'd show reading the grocery list.

😭 these poor victims.. Don’t understand why these people ,think this way . Just sickening..

Where are the tears??? The regret, the real pain??? You all put that woman and her son thru HELL. The depravity of their behavior is absolutely shocking. The way Al Sharpton and the NAACP tried to paint these black boys as "victims to the system" , the way they made excuses for these monsters while ignoring the pain and suffering of this black woman and her black son is gutt wrenching. Absolutely unhinged and just speaks to how long black woman have gone unprotected. Smdh
