The white plastic squares look like digital TV converters for older TVs. The ones that everybody got coupons to get them for free when basic (free, antenna based) tv went to digital.

I'm sitting here, outside, enjoying the nice weather, watching you gather scrap, and watching my husband strip copper wire. I'd help him, but my left side is still numb , from the stroke that happened last September. I may not be able to do it, but I sure can watch. I love scrapping.

You know what the hole on the top of the barrel is called? It's called the bung hole. The threaded cap that goes in that hole is called the bung plug. You learned something new today 😉👌
