Do you know what that last ingredient was they put into the meat mixture? It looked kind of like a tapioca consistency

First off, this looks EXTREMELY appetizing. Second off, I LOVE the sounds of the meat and meat fat being fed into the grinder and then getting ground. Those sounds....so soothing

techinically its not a dumpling, the Chinese name is more closed to mini buns. but the word dumplings can be used as a very broad sense, so theres nothing wrong with it imo. like raviolis could be called "italian dumplings"

前天才吃這家，皮薄多汁皮不易破，外帶還是經得起筷子夾起來不破皮，很大顆，一籠十個很飽。不管內用外帶至少要等40分鐘至一小時，人太多的好處就是食材新鮮、旁邊一堆人圍在一起狂包小籠包

@@erinzhang9731 我猜是味道與口感會比較分明，一開始就給他攪在一起的味道跟口感可能會比較單一。 一般在吃包子，你吃它裡面的內餡應該可以感受的到有一塊明顯比較硬的肉(瘦肉)，跟其他比較有綿滑嚼勁的肉(脂肪)。 以上我的看法拉XD

去筋絞真的很用心，而且肥油分開絞也比較細膩。你去買的絞肉都會發現肥的特別不容易切碎！我最討厭吃到有筋的那口！不知道要這麼搞工有沒有肉販可以幫忙做到這地步？！

個人認為鼎泰豐輸豆豆輸多了，無論份量、口感、香味、湯汁、醬料，鼎泰豐根本無法比，每次必吃兩籠！

這家到晚上6~7點大概就賣得差不多要收了 就是這麼好吃
