I’ve had this so many times and the doom part is so real. You feel like your going to die. I’ve thought to myself if I had to feel like that nonstop I would rather just die. It feels like hell.

This is happened to me several times. Usually once or twice a year. Last time it happened right after I ate Robertos. Immediately after eating I went home and sat on my computer about to play video games. Roughly 2 min after sitting down I starting feeling a weird sensation in my stomach and shortly after that I started sweating profusely. When I started sweating I knew I was in trouble. After that I started feeling light-headed, nauseated, and my heart starting beating rapidly. After that I started shaking and needed to lay down. Immediately as I laid down I got an immediate urge to take a shit. I ran to the bathroom and went through an hour long series of waves of diareah. All while still sweating, feeling light headed and having an even faster heart rate now. Finally after I thought the worst was over I cleaned myself up and Immediately laid down again. Not 5 min later I felt and even larger wave and have to run back to the restroom. This time I was in there for 2 hours and the pain got so bad I briefly passed out on the toilet. When I finally felt like it was over I cleaned up again and laid back down. I was sure it would be over this time because it felt like my entire digestive tract was emptied and I didnt think I had anything left to poop out. Boy was I mistake. This time I was able to lay down for about 30 min before the final wave came. This one was only half as bad as the last one but enough for me to literally want to die in that moment. After 30 min I finally felt like it was over cleaned up for the last time and laid back down. Its like 4am by this point. I was still sweating my ass off, light-headed, feeling chest pains from my high heart rate, and shaking uncontrollably but somehow fell asleep. When I woke up I felt extremely hungry but didnt eat that day because I was so terrified of that shit happening again. In fact it took me a few weeks to get back to a normal eating pattern because I was terrified of eating something that would trigger that reaction. All those symptoms happened roughly 30 min after I ate a large meal from Robertos and I still refuse to eat there. This has happened before but I never new there was a name for it. That last time was probably one of the worst if not the worst. In the moment you literally dont want to be alive. I would have cried that night but I was too distracted by the pain.

When the pressure is low, i get more sensations and so on. Feels like the wind gets knocked out of me until i go. Fiber. Sugar, fat and malabsorption after i lost my gallbladder led to a bile acid nightmare. Ph is always whacky. Microbiome sends me back to chicken rice soup or blamd diet weekly. In hot weather, i want to never wake up. My body goes slack and fets very sick. In high rain and winds, not snow, the same but ibs speeds up as the slow bowel goes berserker. Amy timps besides biofeedback and no ibs meds can help. Led to psuedo obstruction when i tried that. Even tea is a danger. Everything i eat can be hypersensitive or a lacatove on a bad day. On a really bad day. I look so bliloated i got up two sizes woth gas despite trying to use yogurt non dairy whicg has 50 50 chance of doing good or bad to the condition. Hashimoto's and ocos are also an issue amd bloodwork is regularly done. My gut gastric reflux now is showing up as hypercalcemia from kidney issues since i canteen do acid foods like citric acid a lot at all during flare season ir even vebtrical reflux from so many electrolyte bonks on the head drinking me dry. And tge psuedo gastritis if i set it off.

Technically yes. Any condition that would increase rapid stomach emptying could potentially trigger dumping symptoms when someone eats a high-carb diet. I would suggest avoiding simple sugars (particularly in a liquid form). You might want to see your primary care doctor if this has been ongoing

Dumping syndrome will last a few hours but it depends person to person. Some people will only experience it for 1 hour others for 2+ hours. Here is another great video about dumping syndrome: kzread.info/dash/bejne/lnZh3Mxse7vRZJc.html

@crystalholdread8591 somewhat. When this first started in July of 2022 I lost 45 lbs in one month. I've gained 20 of that back , but I am still dealing with some mild side affects.
