That low kick counter is one of the slickest techniques I've ever seen, definitely going to try and work that into my game.

It's just same idea as slip and counter in boxing but there's also stance switch which is pretty slick. Buakaw also makes it look effortless.

If conor just practice avoiding calf kicks..I think the best way to train avoiding that is with muay thai athlete because it's a martial art that focus on blocking and avoiding kicks like that
