this is exactly what i thought with her ramen recipes. theres people who survive on only 1000usd a month, and can only spend so much food. they have to get creative in the kitchen. or college students who already live off of ramen noodles. my great grandma most likely ate things like water pie. theres people probably thankful for these recipes.

Dump cake is a thing in Minnesota. You use a box of cake mix, some sort of tinned fruit, and like nuts or marshmallows or something. You don't mix anything, you just throw it into a greased casserole dish (like basically all of the Midwestern "cuisine") and bake at 350 for 25 minutes or something. So she just took it to the next level, and figured she's make a book about dinners with the same concept.

I just don't believe you could dump raw ground beef, uncooked noodles, spaghetti sauce and cheese and have it be cooked in 15 minutes on the stovetop. Also, using biscuits as pizza dough wouldn't taste like traditional pizza.

I would rather make my pasta the old fashioned way, cause how is the pasta even gonna cook with no water? The cheese is going to burn. I like deep stovetop pizzas but the price for them in my state is ridiculous ($40 on average), but I love wood oven pizza at restaurants. I also love authentic Italian pasta made by Italian chefs, my local Italian restaurant is so delicious and the chefs are so nice and give great, fast service. I don’t know why but I love sharing my thoughts

The meatloaf cups covered in potatoes , potatoes usually get brown or a bit crispy on the outside, that looked like glue

My mom just cook once a day in morning She make huge veggie soup with side dish + rice If we have leftover , she reheat it for tomorrow If we broke we just eat fried tofu with rice
