You should be safe from throws if you hit the jump in deep enough. Just learn the delay tech timing in training mode or hold up to get out of the way

I finally understand your comment. Perfect parry actually only makes this -2. You are completely safe from perfect parry and can backdash to punish a tech if you want

I wondered if the command dash - delay punch is necessary to unlock higher damage combo or anything, i have so much hard time timing its right I only know you can stuff heavy dp after the delay versions compared to the normal one

I believe it's necessary for certain conversions mid screen, I'll make a note of this and put it in next week's video

nice bro! Should I drop Rashid for Ed or what? I been thinkin about it haha.... how do you feel about Ed in terms of his tools? He's pretty darn solid! Do you think he lacks anything?

I'm not 100% sure yet but I feel fireball characters will test his patience. He's more of a steady character --> maul character imo

As far as I know he doesn't have an overhead, although j.lk feels like an instant overhead

If you do stHP QCB+P it has different frame advantage and you'll actually jump over them. Hope that helps!
