@@jausabowser I guess it would be more difficult if its one way. This is one thing to consider about if you are visitor in Dumaguete. The streets in the downtown area are narrow.

@@exploredumaguete6200 yes i know about narrow streets, but if they would implement a Manhattan system (only one way on streets) they could solve a lot of problems. No visitor, planning to build a house in the mountains of Sibulan.
