I personally Iike Virginia because of the Middle School theory. I was just starting to really get into lacrosse and they won back in 2019.Also please do a top 20 stick breaking hits compilation. Could also break down shooting from different spots (high, low, sidearm) and placing the ball?

they'd probably struggle for a while but their influence from other sports might make it interesting and maybe even create a new hotbed in the south

It can be argued that UVA has been a superteam for at least the last three years. In 2019 they had three #1 recruits on the field in Dox Aitken, Ryan Conrad and Matt Moore. Last year was more of the same, but with Connor Shellenberger thrown into the mix instead of Conrad (who graduated). I’m not arguing that Duke isn’t going to be a superteam within the next few years (if they aren’t already), but to say that they’ll be the first superteam in college lacrosse is a bit of a bold claim.

If I’m a #1 recruit in the country my top 5 would be Duke, UNC, Yale, UVA, UMD. Yale and Duke probably the top academics and NC has much nicer weather than Connecticut. Also you don’t have to deal with Ivy League bs. Just makes honestly. And I’m a UMD fan

Although new to college lacrosse in 2021, I happened to watch virtually all of Duke's games last year. Despite scores that might suggest otherwise, I thought Duke's glaring weakness was its lack of an aggressive/strong defense. Notre Dame, UNC and perhaps to a lesser extent VA all manhandled Duke in one or more of their games from a defensive standpoint. That is why I am inclined to think that Maryland will be the team to beat for years to come.

Virginia is on the come up as well. Could very well be dominant the next couple/future years

people forget Virginia had a midfield line consisting of the top rated players in there respective class (Moore, Aitken, Conrad) at the same time.
