Out of all the recent Mihoyo games, Dubra looks the most unique, with that wraith behind her, like a Spirit tied to a doll. With Scaramouche, The Shogun, Madame Herta, Maybe Sandrone, and now Dubra, I'm loving the stories with these puppets

I think more likely if Catarina is a stoneheart, then she likely just abandoned her stoneheart name. We know that the names the stonehearts have now aren’t their original names (Aventurine -> Kakavasha, Topaz -> Jelena) so it seems likely that if she were to be a rogue stoneheart who ran away she would also get rid of her stoneheart name. Edit: Plus on a more meta note this allows them to make it a big reveal later, since if she was named after a mineral or rock like the others it’d be a dead giveaway.

So, in the video when Constance is first mentioned, we see a Dahlia, with very obvious connections to the character. This indicates that the other images we see connect to the respective characters as well. Akash “the Tuner” - floating eyeball with two spinning rings, falling into freezing water. This seems to depict … an Angel falling from grace? Your assumption of his affiliation with the Family appears to have some more support than you thought, but please allow me to add to it. The two rings could symbolize the two fallen Lineages, and the Eye symbolizes the individual responsible for these two Lineages no longer existing. The Eye falling into freezing water could be depicting betrayal in this regard. Essentially, during the struggle for control over Penacony, members from the 5 main Lineages planned to dispose of the other 2 Lineages, and Akash was delegated as the one responsible for this plan. After the 2 Lineages were discarded of, Akash was found guilty and betrayed by his co-conspirators, leaving him banished from Penacony. (Or he could just be a survivor from one of the 2 Lineages). Dubra “the Scribe” - shows an apple with a bite taken out of it, showing the skeleton of a human spine inside of the Apple, taking the place of the Apple’s core. We .. actually see this same Apple in Penacony, it’s an item called “Hunger”, the greatest spice in Penacony. Elation could be seen as a meaningful joke to spice up the atmosphere, something that sounds positive. It’s the Joy of Elation. Hunger on the other hand, while doing the same thing, is the negative side of spices. It’s the Tragedy is Elation. I’m not too sure of Dubra being a Mourning Actor, they could instead be a previous follower of the Anti-Matter Legion whose philosophy of Destruction was influenced by a chance encounter against the Masked Fools, resulting in her defeat. Only to be later found and rescued by Duke Inferno who then encouraged her to fuel her anger towards the Elation. Now, as for Katerina … I’m going to say it right now. She is Boothill’s daughter. Boothill’s homework was completely devastated by the IPC, his friends and family were unfortunately killed in the devastation, however he couldn’t find his daughters body … this is a rather common trope of, “family is separated, each one thinking the other is dead, now both seek vengeance against the same enemy, but both seek vengeance in two different paths.” This is more of a fun idea, with little to no actual evidence, but I’ll still entertain it until everything is final led revealed. P.S.: I have no idea how it happened, but this comment was somehow sent to a KZread short about a manga. Someone thankfully replied to it asking why I was talking about HSR in such a random place … idk if that was my mistake or KZread’s mistake.

Imagine if Catarina was once a Stoneheart. While we don’t know all the cornerstones, I’d imagine she could’ve been either the previous obsidian due to her fire themes and dark color scheme, or maybe another Stoneheart position we don’t know about yet.

I love what you do on this channel cause when I play star rail I’m mostly in for the gameplay and the farming, so having somewhere that explains the world and the things I missed is really nice cause I do enjoy the concept, just don’t always have the time to pay attention while playing.

Fun fact most of us thought that Everflame Mansion were going to play a major role in the Pencony quest but didn't expect Acheron to eliminate Ifirit like that.

At least Duke's death we got relics for characters his sacrifice will not be forgotten.

The line at 3:10 sparked so many discussions in the past: Welt concludes that the Messenger is an Emanator due to her bodyless state and rumors he had heard in regards to that. People have extrapolated that this means every Memokeeper is an Emanator because they too have a bodyless state, when that was never really made clear ingame. It's a conclusive statement based on a single point of evidence. Even more so, Black Swan states in the fakeout ending that the result was what happens when Emanators clash, but if that were the case, if she really was an Emanator herself, why wouldn't she have done so herself? What is also interesting to note is that the Memokeepers were not teased in the Emanator article released on Hoyolab, which does tease the Xianzhou (i.e., Jing Yuan, who is confirmed to be an Emanator in the fakeout ending), the Self-Annihilators (with Acheron also being shortly confirmed after to be an Emanator of Nihility), The Family (with them revealing how the Dominicus having access to the Harmonious Strings gives it Emanator abilities), and the IPC (with Aventurine also having had access to the powers of an Emanator, although to a lesser extent, via his (broken) Stoneheart). The Rememberance isn't mentioned there at all, nor are Memokeepers, despite being story-relevant at the time of the article's release. The same thing applies to the statement at 7:00; the Mourning Actors are blessed by the elation, but it is nowhere said that they are Emanators. Not every blessing means that someone is ascended into Emanator status, as can be seen with every long-life species, which were blessed by the Abundance with their long lives but aren't Emanators. The same is true for Fu Xuan, who received a blessing from Nous but is not an Emanator either. And finally, the Rating Pistol theory: Currently, it is fairly consistent that all the playable Emanators we have have a "rating invalid" for them, those being Acheron and Jing Yuan, with the status of March 7th (her origin being unknown but having ties to the Rememberance), Sampo (who breaks the 4th wall, the only other being doing so being Aha itself), and Luocha (honestly, no idea) being left up in the air, but notably, Black Swan isn't among them; she just has a regular rating of 61.

Agree on most of the points but where in the "fake" ending it was stated Jing Yuan is an Emanator? I thought it's still a thing to discuss whether every Arbiter General is an Emanator or their summons are Lan's blessings (like Fu Xuan's stone). Also in the "concluding video" for 2.3 (on Star Rail KZread channel) Sparkle also breaks the 4th wall but she, IIRC, can be rated by the Rating Pistol. In Luocha's case, I guess he might have a... REALLY deep connection with the... thing in the coffin so Pistol, being unable to distinguish them, probably rates his coffin's content not him (while in case of, for example, Clara Pistol rates her and Svarog separately).

Pistol can rate Fu Xuan (who's a human wielding Nous' blessing) but cannot rate Jing Yuan (who seems to be a human wielding Lan's blessing).

Black swan isn’t talking about Dan because he follows trailblaze. So that narrows it down to the general and the string of harmony domenicus. Also I don’t think that was ever up for discussion because in the trailer for all the generals of the ships they said they all have a blessing from Lan themself. And it is known that emanators just have a blessing from an eon. So I don’t know how specific you want them to get lol.

She never said Penacony was destroyed, she never mentioned "clashing Emanators" (at least between our "fake" and "real" awakenings, I specifically watched that part right now to be sure I didn't miss anything). She says The Express crew has lost its battle and no one survived (whatever in means lol, HoYo can't decide whether one can die in Ena's Dream or not :D). And having a blessing of an Aeon doesn't even mean being an Emanator. Fu Xuan has a blessing of Nous, but she's not an Emanator.

Have to say, Best take on them I've seen by far thanks for the hard work!

Lets not forget Jade calls Topaz by her real name in the recent patch. Caterina could simply be that, her real name.

So maybe NANOOK just kind of ignored the annihilation gang cause they were not really a pure form of destruction, they have divided motives and goals.

Oh these characters will definitely show up later and play an important role. Based on firefly's flashback before she went to penacony the mission she had before that was on jepella with blade and kafka where they took down the jepella brotherhood and gave rise to the ever flame mansion Since all of it is scripted by elio it definitely means that there was a purpose for them to be formed for the future. And one of them we already have seen, which is when acheron killed ifrit and got the invitation to penacony. Without the ever flame mansion there won't be an invitation for acheron to take. And now that ifrit is dead, that just means that his children will have bigger roles to play in the future

3:05 Could there be an Anti-Eminator? An Enimator is someone who gains the powers of the Path they represent, but can those powers be used for the opposite of what they represent? Fuli is all about remembering, but Constance is doing the exact opposite; removing memories she deems unworthy of remembering, which goes directly against what Fuli represents. Can an Aeon take away an Emanator's power? (Yes, Aha did take away the Emanator status from the worm, but it did have to die first, and Constance is alive). So can Constance be an Anti-Emanator? Could there be more "Anti-Emantors"? Someone who got the power from Nanook but builds and creates? Someone with the power of Yaoshi, but kills and doesn't allow life to prosper? Someone who follows the Elation, but just reads books and doesn't maks any jokes or pranks, completely stoic? I think this could be an interesting concept

This is not an anti-aeon but just a different vision of the path, Aeon are above human, so human doesn’t understand path at 100%, so Cremators burn unworthy Memories but Fuli Stills accept them

Perhaps they received the powers when they were memokeepers, but went rogue, and since those powers can't be taken away they just exist to Fuli's "disappointment"? I'm mostly referring to Emanator Cremators since not all memokeepers are Emanators

Since they searched for Nanook's blessing, yet none of them were gifted, it is possible one of them could want to help in Nanook's death, and what is a effective way of doing this? Joining the group in charge of killing Nanook lol. I would bet it would be Caterina, mostly since she did seem that she was overly optimistic with the destruction of Penacony, while the rest where aware of the dangers.

my hope is that ifrit is immortal or can reincarnate which is why nanook disregards him. his ideology of shining brightest in his final moments contradicts too much with the way he actually went to make me believe he's actually dead. he's also stated to be born from phase flame which has the ability to spontaneously switch between phases and was created from a spider that lived a measly 29 days. that flame returned to the original state eventually, but only after it's creator had died. I'm putting on my tinfoil hat and saying that duke inferno is going to be a secret final boss that appears after nanook dies.

Nothing is immortal even the aeon

HoYo always starts strong in the story but somehow makes the ending disappointing or lacking. The action suspense start of luofu and the murder mystery start of penacony was really well done but both ended somewhat bland and forced. To be fair Belobog closed its story pretty well in comparison to the next arcs, and they should get advice from its writer on how to close amphorea or we are gonna get dook dook ending again lmao
