Kathryn is an associate director of admissions for the Daytime MBA program at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. She has been at Fuqua for 2 years and manages the department’s off-campus events strategy and the recruitment of students from New England, Europe, and Africa. Prior to Fuqua, she spent nearly four years as a marketing manager at Harvard Business School’s Office of Admissions. Kathryn earned her BA in English Literature from the University of St Andrews in Scotland and later completed a master’s degree at Georgetown University. When she isn’t recruiting students for Fuqua, Kathryn enjoys reading, kayaking, and exploring Durham with her husband and three toddlers.
Meghan has worked in higher education for the past 21 years and is currently the Program Director of Admissions & Campus Events at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She participates in a team effort to creatively market, recruit, and select students for The Duke MBA Daytime program. She serves as an innovative admissions representative and strategic manager for recruitment initiatives, interview and campus visit programming, and alumni relationship management. Meghan upholds a commitment to diversity and academic excellence to foster an environment that appreciates differences and promotes collaboration at The Fuqua School of Business. Meghan is primarily responsible for the recruitment and yield for diversity initiatives for veterans and the LGBTQ+ community.
Meghan holds a B.A. from Sweet Briar College (1999) and a M.A. from Duke University (2009). She is a member of the Forte Foundation and the Graduate Management Admissions Council. She enjoys life in Durham, NC with her 2 beautiful children Piper and Lex (10 and 8) and rescue dog Benji. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on the Blue Devils and knitting. Also, Meghan dabbles in writing children’s books focused on diversity and feminism to teach respect for differences, empowerment and agency.

    I’m glad to hear and view Fuqua name is representing a good cause and future Academic, if correct,. I’m a Fuquay, as you should know the y at the end of the name was entered during civil war. Im DoD retired and still DoD a Construction Represented Officer. Its good to still see your accomplishments to this date.Keep up the family name. Be safe and be aware.
