Ministry of Efficiency and Human Development will be established. All MBAs and management gurus will be in there. Shabbar Sahab, I assure you, all up to date modern management practices will be implemented in all government departments. There will be clear roles and segregation of duties and no one will interfere in each other’s affairs. There will be a complete revamp in Islamabad and in all bureaucracies. And I personally will introduce all standards of good governance and top level management functions.
