Even though my opinion of ZEXAL overall is pretty low I still consider Shark one of the best characters in the entire Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise.

If alito and girag didn’t get a special theme while dueling in their battle forms, then it will probably be the same thing if Shark(Nash) and Rio(Marin). Unless Konami decides to release their barian forms as separate characters.

Alito & girag have always known they were barians in the story, so narratively it works for them. Shark is like primo to aporia, primo didn’t always know he’d be aporia, then he was aporia, it’s the same concept with nasch. Leaving him as shark with only a nasch skill & no separate character that explains what nasch is is a massive dis-service to his character

@@themarshian5124But Primo is only a third of Aporia. Who by that extent is different. As he is a combination of multiple people. If Nasch wasn’t going to be a skill, i’d compare him to the Dark Signers.

@@camtoonzz2271 when it comes to primo being a 3rd of aporia that’s only because of how they were split between when dueling the signers. Other than that primo was just a younger version of aporia. When it comes to nasch it’s the same thing because nasch is a shark that regained the memories of his past life therefore gaining that backstory & complete life on top of whatever he did as ruler of the barians, this is more similar to that in the case but Is still different from both the dark signers & aporia, making it all the more significant.

@@ahmed_da203 Kaito first appeared in episode 13 of Zexal so it shouldn’t be too long. Probably the first new character in 2021 since we’re getting Axel in December.
