Sir I'm from India and watched all the episodes of this series.. one thing which I want to ask you, why you people don't eat vegetables along with non veg because chicken eggs meat are good souces of protein but lack of fiber.. and fiber is very necessary for digestive system. Please include fiber in your meals else you will face lots of constipation indigestion and gastric issue... All the best abrar Bhai... Love you

Because humans have always survived by eating their own staple food which are available in that part of country...and Alhamdulillah their digestive system works well .they remain healthy..moreover for the type of physical work they do and for that climate..they need the fat and it also gets burnt we'll.. because of climbing mountains etc ...if they were to eat vegetables...they won't remain healthy... So people having diet conscious mind ...have to know the basics of the food diet which is best suited in their own geographical location...we cannot suggest what we think is good to people all over the world... believe me ..the men and women in these landscapes are comparatively healthy,strong and live long ...when compared to our lifestyle with more veggies in our diet...but ofcourse for people living in cities your suggestion is good...
