Draymond has been on a mission in the last year, Poole, Sabonis, Gobert and now Nurkic, his hot-headedness has hurt the warriors more than he has helped them in recent times

Draymond never admits that he was wrong, never commits to change, and never takes action to prevent his bad behaviors from happening again. Draymond only issues fake apologies.

Yeah if an apology doesnt lead to a change in behavior, it's completely worthless. And this has been an issue for damn near a decade. The NBA will be a better league when Draymond is no longer part of it.

I watched that 90s tough basketball, guys like Laimbeer. Draymond doesn't seem like Laimbeer and those other tough guys that were intimidating enforcers that played rough and would start fights if you got in their faces or talked too much trash. Draymond feels like an unhinged lunatic that will attack for no reason whatsoever.

This. He just gets frustrated and lashes out. It's predictably unpredictable, but it's never proportionate to what been given to him. That's what makes it different than Laimbeer or McHale, he's violent to very calm and reasonable centers who have a playstyle that is the ACTUAL descendant of Laimbeer and McHale's hardnosed rebounding and blockfouling.

You can't give Draymond the benefit of the doubt about these. Half the time, he tries to disguise his attempts to hurt other players as accidents. Like when he stapped on Sabonis or kicked Steven Adams or Lebron.

we can see draymond intentionally hit nurkic in the vid, that movement ain’t natural and it was about 180° too far to be a flop He flopped in order to hit Nurkic, he didn’t incidentally hit Nurkic during a flop. We have eyes.

Today’s Bill Laimbeer. Doesn’t fight, just starts crap and then laughs. I hope he gets a much bigger suspension this time. He is literally just out of control. I don’t care if it was his intention, or not, the fact that he’s constantly doing this means that he gets no benefit of the doubt for anything that he does. He’s just been lucky that he hasn’t actually seriously injured anyone with his crap like Patrick Beverley. EDIT: Indefinite Suspension! About ****ing time!

I don't remember him acting like this when he was younger so I have no idea what the deal is. Most guys become less aggressive and violent as they get older but he's become increasingly unhinged. I'm a Michigan State fan and watched Draymond Green play there for 4 years and I even saw him in high school a couple of times. I've been thrilled to see how successful he became in the NBA but this is just getting embarrassing. He deserves at a 15 game suspension and then to be under a strict zero tolerance policy thereafter. Any more thuggery and he can sit for the rest of the year, including the playoffs if the Warriors make it.

  • @thedman05

The dude has serious, serious issues and he’s had a pattern of behavior that is problematic for YEARS. Dude has a history. Even GSW fans know this. He has cost them the 2016 title, and rn he’s the biggest reason they are in free fall for the season… as their defensive anchor the dude is too damn unstable bc he can’t keep his damn poise. Frankly it’s to the point where they really probably need to consider trading him bc of how frequent his offenses have become over the last 2 years.

Nice laid back outro with the fade and the music on this one. For sure Dante Exum has been a very serviceable roleplayer for this season. He's been brought in because of his defense, which has been good so far, but shooting 40% from 3 certainly is welcome, as is his quick driving and playmaking across the floor. Another guy like Kyrie and Josh Green that can really make the transition deadly for the Mavs, especially if you include Luka doing quick cross court passes to leakout players.

  • @justinmyers7587

I respect Draymond but he makes it hard to respect him more and even likeable. Also that Laker loss is not on L.A because they did the absolute best they could and that was some A+ shooting from Dallas roleplayers.

Dawg Dante has been ballin wdym he was on his way back overseas 😂 dude has legit at minimum been the mavs 6 best player. He hasn’t shot amazing sure but legitimately every single other part of the game he is doing everything for the bench, he’s been playing great defense and facilitating so well as a backup. You can tell a huge difference when Exum isn’t on the floor in non-Luka minutes and when he is, without him the mavs just drown doesn’t matter what the lead is they will drown

Man you gotta love hearing that last part from a non-mavericks fan, cuz as a mavericks fan I have no idea what to think 😂 I watch every game and it just depends bc there’s games where the rotations look crisp and Luka is legitimately playing above average defense and when that matches with DJJ, Lively & grant keep teams under 105 and it’s beautiful bc you know the offense is always gonna be solid and then you have games where it seems like anyone on the other team can score. I do believe that the mavs are 2 pieces away from being a contender maybe even 1 piece if it’s an elite defensive guy that can still shoot. But they have to address the backup big minutes (when lively is off the court typically it ends in disaster) and I say a big defensive wing similar to DJJ but more clamps and decent off ball scorer IE Jerami Grant, OG type guys.

Dude knows exactly what he is doing, has been allowed to get away with way too much with way too soft punishments and now it has snowballed to this. They choked their big opportunity when he choked Gobert (heh), they should have come down hard af, 20 games take a fucking cold shower son because you ain't learning your lessons. Imagine what punishment Artest, or Boogie would have got for choking out Gobert, 5 games?
