It is so important to recognize hard work and give credit where it’s due, for sure! But let’s also not glorify grind culture too much, it leads some to an unhealthy relationship with “the grind” that causes burnout, impacts families, and ruins careers. Even folks most naturally built for the grind need physical and emotional rest! I’m sure flair understands that very well.

It's awesome how Flair gets everyone in on the action. After Flair limits he gets Jake in on the action. It was cool when Jake picked Lucy up and set her out of the blind and then he doubles up on the ducks. Then Flair cooks. Flair is the type of Boss everyone needs.
