Some in-train footage between Heuston Station, Dublin & Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny aboard an afternoon Irish Rail service consisting of BREL Mark 2 coaching stock and hauled by GM 071 class no. 078.

That’s my late Dad Rob the pipe went everywhere with him. He passed away in 2017.

No bother Martin hope you enjoyed it. The runaround was normally scheduled for 10 mins but was usually done in 7 or 8.

I use go to dublin on the train with my granny
A man from Offaly he lives in Kilkenny he use to do jobs for my father he said to my father I hear trains in borris my father said that's impossible he said trains stopped going to borris 30 years ago I can hear trains in borris too I can hear the old diesel locomotive in borris from a distance
My niece's are from dublin
