Please show cheep affordable property millions saving is not possible for salaried people.
This is way too far from the center of Dubai, even Damac 1 is far from the center, this is even more. This is good for someone who moved to Dubai with remote working job. I would advise everyone to only choose Emaar for any project, they build community concept and it involves everything at the same place.
Having something in matured coomunity in this price is amazing

Damac is launching a new community _ why to buy in D2 with appreciated amount. No this is not the case - it has not crossed 1000 dh per sqft.
3 Million is Starting Price. It means reasonable Villa will be available in 3.5 to 4 Million AED

Usually no one tell this. It’s for transparency as developers do not build new model villas every time. Once anyone is booking, they will get the floor plan which will be exact.
