These are the five biggest future projects under construction in Dubai. From the tallest hotel in the world, to the tallest residential tower in the world. Dubai is going to build it all! The luxurious new Marsa Al Arab will be the latest hotel to join Dubai's incredible selection of hotels. And Uptown Dubai could soon be home to the second tallest tower in the world at 711 meter tall.

1. Ciel tower:
A mega project which will become the world’s tallest hotel is on track to be finished by 2024. The hotel will reach up to 365 metres into the sky and include more than 1000 luxury suites across 82 floors.

2. Marsa Al Arab:
Jumeirah’s latest ultra-luxury resort will be home 386 rooms and suites, 83 luxury hotel apartments and suites and four penthouses. All rooms, suites and penthouses will offer sunny sea views of the Arabian Gulf or the iconic Burj Al Arab.

3. Uptown Dubai:
Located in new Dubai, Uptown Tower, is a diamond-inspired landmark and the first of two supertall towers to crown DMCC’s Uptown Dubai district. Boasting breathtaking views of the surrounding cityscape, the tower features commercial office space, five-star SO/ Uptown Dubai Hotel, and branded SO/ Uptown Dubai Residences.

4. Burj Binghatti:
The Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences will be more than 100 floors tall, located in Dubai’s Business Bay. Although the project’s exact height has not been revealed, it is claimed to aim to beat New York’s Central Park Tower, which presently holds the world record for the tallest residential skyscraper at 472.4 meters.

5. Safa One/Two:
Dubai developer DAMAC has launched a new 83-storey building, branded by the Swiss luxury jeweller, de GRISOGONO. The development is to be located in Al Safa. The building boasts futuristic and luxurious amenities including beach inspired pools, a sapphire infinity pool that floats between the buildings, a fog forest, observatory, edge walk, glass slide and more.
