It's 60K AED per yr DEWA not included & (5% Commission and Security) toh lump sum 70-72K per year pad jata h... 60k INR main toh ek sharing kitchen and washroom wala room bhi mushkil se milta h dubai main...

Yeahh, we got good deal… actually the market price was 62K but we got better price bcoz we had good relations with the dealer… yes one thing is there the security amount is little bit on higher side here
