At least you should spend 4 hours if you want to take all rides. Do try to reach there before 12 as you will get enough time because they don't allow you to take rides after 6 pm.

No, we booked everything by ourself. We booked few tours from Klook, some places we purchased tickets from the ticket counter like Dubai Frame, Miracle Garden, dhow Cruise and Atlantis water park. Also few tours we booked from the local tours and travel company by contacting them directly in Dubai.

We spent almost 3.5 hours as we entered late there. But I will recommend you to visit there before 11 am as you will get enough time to take all rides.
