Hello Ate Tusie. 💕 This airport opened in 2008 so not really a new airport, but it looks new because it’s well maintained.

Any recommendations for a night 9 hour layover, hopefully free charging stations and wi fi and maybe bench to sleep on, I'm so nervous it's my first time in Dubai airport and I'm alone

Hello Wolverine! There are free charging stations and you can connect to the free wifi during your layover. There are plenty of chairs, but most come with armrests. If you see an unoccupied reclining chair, just grab it! Hope this helps.

Hello Eileen! If the flight departs from A gates (located in Concourse A), passengers should take a short train ride to A boarding gates.

It's a very long walk with kids 😅

At times, it takes a lot of time and energy to walk between gates. As far as I recall there is a free shuttle service in concourse B. Priority is given to families, pregnant travellers and elderly passengers.

It's very old style
