Wrong, he burned all his bridges and quit all his sponsors with a Facebook post way back in 2014, long time before the politics thing. He woke up one morning and basically told Indy and Pocket Pistols to go f*ck themselves.

What is pathetic is in the last week Duane is one of his crazy podcasts trying to sell the skateboarding hall of fame trophy...so disrespectful 😒..I hate to say it but I've lost total respect for this guy and 35 years my ass..he basically skated 3 years total at best.

All he does is talk about skaters like Hawk and Hosoi who are WAY WAY better..F Duane..all he's done s dedicated his life to drugs..he doesn't respect skateboarding at all..all he does is run his mouth. When I was a kid everyone said it wasn't possible to do the loop on a skateboard. On various fateful days kids around the world opened their copy of Skateboarder Magazine, read the mellowcat cartoon and checked the feature to find DP had just broken the holy grail they themselves fantasized about being the first to achieve. The first to do a complete loop in a pipe. A transparent one at that from memory. Noone can take that away from the guy. Whatever this generation thinks.

He aged like milk.

Whoa, he maybe should have laid off that 50th drink before giving a speech with his prepubescent son right next to him.
