His dad along with Duane Allman ,Greg Allman and the band also with 2 drummers... so amazing I was blown away. I was just a young dude then but the memory has lasted a lifetime. Im sure Duane Betts will have a huge future making music for us to groove on to making the new cherished memories ... cant wait to see him and his band.

Great Video Norm and company, it's almost as if you had me in mind specifically, as that specific somewhat affordable version of that sold 59 reworked les paul stuck in my mind a lot more then most guitars you guys have featured recently. I do love the amazing big band feel of the Allman Brothers, even decades later today it's a hell of a show to behold with Dereck Trucks, outside of Creedance's Clearwater Revival Americana music itself almost has never been done better. Yet even more I really, really, really love a ash bodied hard tail Stratocaster!...I've got a magical 1999 American Standard delta tone version which I've held dearly for coming up on 20 years soon, and it still sounds so much better, them my more recent hardtail acquisition 2015 Longboard Stratocaster. No doubt a early example from the mid 50's would be all that and a bottomless bag of chips more...8)

Your Dad came to my house 1 time with the Poindexter’s he was playing music with back in the late 70s. Unfortunately he didn’t come out of the bus cause he’d been up all night playing cards. But we did get them perform in Chapel Hill,? NCBest guitarist in the world!!!!❤
