I married both, due to this video, my vanilla playthrough I found Sarah truly annoying (thinking to myself) "do I HAVE to romance her?" Then I seen Andreja for the first time and was like I have to have this one. So I romanced Andreja immediately. But then as time went on Sara grew on me, the vanilla playthrough I held my ground and stayed with Andreja making sara a friend. Little did I know through Sarah's loyalty mission which was fun and got Sona with me being a Father of two in real life Sarah's romance grew on me and I found it to be more ideal. So new game plus hurt like hell losing everything relationships, starships outpost etc. But one thing I noticed you could re-romance so I still stuck with Andreja for 2 playthroughs. However the 3rd unity jump I said the hell with it I'll marry Sarah and I did, it took her 3 ng plus playthroughs but she finally got me. But now I seen this video and couldn't believe romancing both would be possible, so NG plus 5 I tried it- for science! And I'll be damned it worked!! So there it is I have both thanks for posting this video you got a new subscriber for this!

Thanks for the video, but I was kind of expecting a "Andreja & Sarah Ceremony" as it says in the title. Not Andreja & Sarah Ceremonies. I was surprised there was a marriage ceremony involving both at the same time and now I see there isn't.

I'm curious how the Unity plays when you're in a committed relationship to both. I only did one full play through so far, in a relationship with Sarah (though I didn't get all the way to marriage) and she was seen as an example of stable relationships in the source universe.

@wisconsinbound2123, based on feedback from fellow explorers, it is possible. In my own gameplay I see no evidence that proves otherwise. Key is to work on increasing affinity levels with each companion & have some persuasion skills.

In one of my play throughs, I'm romancing both girls... just have to figure out how to keep them both alive during "High price to pay"

The best way to do that is to ignore them both st the start of a playthrough. This is because that quest selects your highest and second highest affinity companions to choose between for sacrifice. So make Barrett your best friend at the start.

Also i found a girl on the other planet. Or other side of the planet. With a dinosaur. ,,,do i have to find her again. Or not. I did a mission for her. But i don't know if i should return to her. ,,,,,,??????

May not be a popular opinion, but I hope this is something changed by Bethesda. Andreja is clear she only wants monogamy. There's no obvious dialogue that she actually accepts you being in more than one romance. Both talk to you as if theirs is the only relationship you're in. Feels more like a missed dialogue check that doesn't happen. Most of the time, Andreja forces you into friendship with her if you're romancing someone else. It would also be a nice change for this to not be like FO4, where you could romance everyone at once, which weakened the idea of romance to me. A better balance would be some companions being fine with it, and they say so, and others being committed to monogamy, and they say so. Great video, though, earned a sub from me.

The purpose of secret marriage is to trick them into BELIEVING something not true. Persuasion skill in many RPG often involves being a convincing liar or just being funny and charismatic enough that the person doesn't care about being treated poorly. An example of this in the real world is when a celebrity or athelete treats their partner bad because they have so many options to leave if they wish due to the fame. The original GF knows that and may still stick with them in an abusibve relationship because of the value of what they got and overlook the poor treatement. It's called the "Halo effect" because you treat a bad boy like they are an angel even if they do bad stuff, but may treat an ugly guy like crap even if he is good to you and does nice things. The bad boy gets by on looks and is treated as if they are an angel who can do no wrong thus the term 'Halo' effect. This happens in real life because some men are high value and can get away with things regular people can't get away with. Persuasion as a skill sometimes often relies on your sex appeal so for example in the Fallout games if the NPC is of the opposite sex to your player character you can "charm" them to get what you want because you may be attractive to the opposite sex enough that they treat you differently. Talk to real psychologist on this stuff. In the real world if you go to a job interview and you are good looking and the other guy is not as attractive as you but has the same qualiication, you will be chosen. Social experiments have proven this to be true. So these RPG games take these things into account in the games.

If you are already married to Sarah, do you have to break up with her before you can marry Andreja? My character is currently married with Sarah and best friends with Andreja. Thanks for information.

In my video, I marry Sarah first, then about 4 hours later of game play I marry Andreja. Before that I committed into a romantic relationship to both. @@SignalStream thank you for advice. I married Sarah before I meet Andreja in game. I am at maximum persuasion skill. I group with Andreja and did her quest to help her old friends. She would not romance afterwards because of Sarah. I watched your other video on subject. I will keep grouped with Andreja for a few more days and see if more options come forward before I try leaving Sarah get Andreja then win back Sarah.... 🤯😂

Just a update, after leaving Sarah then marrying Andreja I started romance with Sarah. Still need to marry Sarah but after passing persuasion check with Andreja she is happy. The persuasion check is key. Thanks again for the information.

Hey @iankester-haney3315, As of playthrough and based on what I've seen, Starfield does allow players to engage with multiple companions (all if one is up to the challange) in terms of relationships. However, the game's mechanics regarding how these relationships intersect and affect each other, especially when it comes to acknowledgement of other relationships, might not be as detailed as in some other role-playing games; however, the game does acknowledge multiple romantic relationships. In terms of 'talking down' companions, it generally depends on the specific character and the scenario. Each companion has unique characteristics and responses, influenced by your interactions and choices in the game. Regarding the more intimate aspects of these relationships, like whether they join you in bed, Starfield tends to be less explicit compared to some other RPGs. With that said, they do join you in bed individually, depending on the one following you. I'm curious, how have you approached "NPC" relationships in your playthrough?
