I love that everyone in the video are actual Jeju local residents, not actors (they're real female divers, farmers, surfers, and a real family). The moments between Joy and Nadi, the little girl, were also so sweet. That was also Nadi's real father who is a Jeju resident and a musician (which is why they were drumming and that final scene is of him and his wife with their daughter). They're really showing the different people of Jeju as they are and representing them. It's even more special because Joy was born in Jeju and it's where her Mother's maternal family still live. This is such an uplifting and positive song, and this vlog was so precious.

@@XoXo4286 The family shown here are literally wearing what they wear in their day to day lives. Nadi's father dresses exactly the same way, these aren't actors. Are Jeju residents not allowed to dress in their own clothes? I really find it extraordinary that people assume that there's only one Native culture to exist in the world and that it belongs only to Native Americans? Especially when it was Native Americans who crossed the land bridge from Asia. Please look up the history of Jeju, how the native religion of Jeju is shamanism, the influence of the Mongol empire who set up their base in Jeju, and how tipis and yurts and many other cultural aspects exist in Mongolia and around the world. Mongolians have even been commenting positively on the video because they noticed these things. Part of the whole purpose of this video is to show the people of Jeju, why on earth would they be dressing them to look like they're from another culture? They're trying to show how different communities are in Jeju, hence why they used real Haenyeo, farmers, surfers, and a real family. This is how that family dresses and they're allowed to be represented.
