1:33 you're right, he just run right in there. Ness is a char who can do many safe aerials very quickly and very low to the ground. The only tools Falco has for beating that is laser or reflector, both of which are laggy that close up and not even safe on hit in a lot of circumstances. It's not being hesitant, it's being patient and playing to Falco's strengths in this mu
