DTF print Quality -
Hot Melt Powder and Quality inks is a key in DTF success & we can achieve almost same, even better output than screen printing with DTF. No doubt screen printing is suitable for long run jobs but when it comes to low volume or customized printing DTF is a king.
Print durability -
We have tested DTF print for 20 to 30 wash and its quite good. Being a printer or an e-commerce store this is a question to ask but i dont think people are concerned about print quality after 30 wash 😄. NO Brand on this planet guarantees print durability ! if compared with other competitors of DTF, DTG & Screen print are costly affairs. One major parameter affecting print quality is Hot - Melt powder and how it is used. DTF and Screen print hot melt powders are common. Curing time & Temperature is different for every powder.

Everything is about investment sir. Buy a big printer to achieve more speed. Also printing without white layer is not recommended unless you can compromise on quality

Note You have to convert your printer to dtf 1st. Aapko acro ya koi aur rip software lagega jo white color print kare. LC and LM tank me white ink dali jati hai

Sure If u want to begin with , start with Vinyl Heat Transfer and DTF . U would be able to cover so many segments in fabric printing. Afterwords you can ad Sublimation and if volume is good then Screen

YES YOU CAN PIRNT ON ALMOST ANY FABRIC. REXIN DENIM COTTON ETC.... Just make sure you use proper hotmelt powder

Yes This is suited on almost any garment. Provided you use accurate curing and fusing environment suggested by your material supplier. Quality of consumables matter the most.

Both technologies are completely different. Print cost is at higher side with DTF but you can not print cotton or dark color ready fabric with sublimation. So difficult to say whats good or bad. Fabric printing business is always a combination of screen dtf vinyl sublimation etc. You should select a process wrt. volume, material and quality requirements.

Yes if quality of inks and hot-melt is not upto the mark. No ( No has a big answer … most of big brands have acquired this technology ) what matters is quality consumables, and recommend time and temperature curing fusing aspects. We have already tried our process with 20 wash and there is hardly a difference.

Sir it’s obvious my answer would be “ Inks that we use and sell are better“ 😅 But yes its a fact . You can try comparing our inks with others with respect to 1. Color gamut 2. Consistency 3. Brightness 4. Density 5. Last but not the least “ head clogging issue “ Unless you try you wont get an answer. Thanks for your question

Measure printed sheet weight You will come to know how much amount of ink is consumed 3 apply powder 4 measure sheet weight again Here u will get to know how much amount of hotmelt is used Calculate costs and add 20% additional cost of labor and electricity 10% depreciation cost

I would say no as its an 8 “ printer so u can print only 6 to 7 inch width. Most of the custom print orders need 11 inch wide print

Hi This Production speed is not possible with L1800. You can achieve 70 to 80 pc 12x12 in a day on 1800 roll printer. Also cost will be same no matter what speed we can achieve. In general production cost of DTF is 25 to 30 paisa per sqinch. It varries wrt ink coverage and quality of consumables used. With low grade inks it can be 20 paisa as well. Thank you
