Mau tanya ini ukuran rumah nya panjang lebar nya brp ya .kl boleh tau. Sy mungkin ada rencana mau renof .tp ukuran rumah nya 7x14.

Penting untuk menyebutkan luas tanah & luas bangunan

Sayang saya hanya lulusan SMP program keterampilan bangunan,baru mengenal teknik dasar gambar proyeksi isometrik untuk dasar dasar gambar teknik desain rumah modernnya ketinggalan.

1. almost the house made of nature material which is from wood and stone where its been rampage from forest and stone from mountain and create disaster of green forest and mountain 2. the house has air conditioner which is create carbon to the air and make global warming more worse 3. this house need more space than normal house which is need more space for only 4 or 6 person to stay (much better if you keep empty space for tree to grow) 4. your 3 house electricity capacity enough for 1 village in indonesia where some village no electricity at all Your green concept and my green concept is totally different ....

you know that the woods applied in this house could be made from recycled wood waste right? while applying an additional layer to make it look like "real" woods, it has the same aesthetical value as real wood. green house concept is not limited only to use materials that wont harm nature, but also the energy consumption that the house make. this house embrace the tropical design to the bones. lots of natural light, open space, and good air sirculation. the use of air conditioning in this house is probably due to this house's environment. maybe it is located in a big city, in an urban area, where the air is not as clean as in the side countries or suburban residential area.

the wood is solid wood or real wood (its mention on the video), and the fact is there are so many tropical forest been destroyed and where is the wood goes? you know better......

the floor is mentioned using parket kayu.. i don't know why people are so salty. the concept of the video is to give viewers more ideas regarding house design. and if you don't like using woods and stones and air conditioners, then you shouldn't be bothered, maybe this video isn't for you. oh and imo the title of the video (green urban house) is fine, the house literally has so many greeneries and natural lighting. but your point about air conditioner is slightly correct, but who knows, maybe the owner of the house only uses AC only at night. and you can't blame them for that, the heat is crazy at night in some places.

Zakiyah Ghasim kuliah arsitektur.. Saya pengen hadi arsitek tapi masuk teknik sipil.. Mudah2an aja kerja dpt kyak perusahaan disain rumah..

Green yg dimaksud adalah pemanfaatan energi design yg ada di sekitarnya, bisa melalui material atau benda-benda yang dimanfaatkan kembali. Jadi lampu itu sebenarnya sah2 aj digunakan walaupun green
