No it's amazing drink I drink it 2 or 3 times in a week It stops hair fall and gives you energy but ye daily peeny sy weight gain hota h Mera tarika Half cup milk 3 kajo 3 pistachio 3 almond 2 walnut 2 or 3 dates 1 banana 🍌 1 tsp oats (optional) Half tsp peanut butter (optional) 1 tsp dahi (yoghurt) (Optional) If u feel the drink is thick u can add half cup of water And also u can add half banana and half apple

No. Too much cholesterol. Dry fruits are good but in moderation. Every if you drink this, your cholesterol will spike
