he's just explaining and talking about the tunes brother, if you dont understand arabic, just try to catch the tune for recitation. salam.

well i know what are maqamats, tunes... :) nahawand is most beautiful for me, and Shaiks is profesor... if you enter on my chanel you will see, that i like nahawand very much... i only wanted to know some "theory" about nahawand... by the way i can recitate in nahawand, but people who don't know arabic, have a lot of problems with tajweed, so i don't use it... :) but thank you for answer :)

He is not talkin about nahawnd, he just gave a brief about the use of nahawnd, (he says it is used in the conversations parts in Quran which is not totally right, people recite on whatever tune they like and there is nothing wrong and right it is like what color u like) then he talked about treating ur voice well by sleeping good and avoiding bad habits that could harm it. The last part was asking the students to review what they were taught in last sessions which is maqam bayat and maqam hejaz
