man, this is so fucking good and in character *shuichi heart clench sprite* i love how kaito reacted to that pg video. it shows how much he’s lying to himself, and keeping up his own persona i also love how stubborn maki was. even tho it’s so FUCKING ANNOYING it’s 100% in character, she would never soften because “oh no poor kokichi was traumatized”, i feel like she thinks that even if he had a bad childhood or things like that, you know, it still doesn’t excuse his actions and words to her/them during the game oh and, gonta snapping (kind of) and saying he agreed to kokichi’s plan, is just,, wow,,, cus people (people being maki, maybe everyone else, and the fandom) thinking that “gonta is an innocent bug boy” and that he got manipulated, makes me so angry. just because gonta isn’t the BRIGHTEST, doesn’t mean he’s a total fucking dumbass. he had fully consented to his plan, so it wasn’t 100% kokichi’s fault… anyway, props to you!! i feel like you would be *great* at writing fanfictions, i don’t know why… (ao3 vibes frfr)

@@renokotypohen4139 maki is a very stubborn character because one of the reasons she dislikes kokichi is because of her own morals. kokichi goes against her morals, and she goes against his. she’s stubborn because she wouldn’t just forgive him for going against them just because of his past. her past was bad too but she doesn’t believe that it should excuse you to be a “bad person”.

bro dropped the best kokichi reaction video and thought we wouldn't notice.

I absolutely adore your character designs, and how you made the videos. 10/10 on both ❤️❤️ And also the idea to send them back to the start of the game to retry (without oma's knowledge) is pretty damn cool Edit: 10/10 on your username too

I love this series! I captures the essence of the characters really well, despite the whole "making them nicer thing" (read warning on first video). In addition including the whole "dehumanizing" part to the story was very unique end ingenious, since these characters really do see Kokichi as a bit of a monster sometimes in the original and only really feel bad at the end (even then some characters still don't trust his motives[if I remember correctly]). Also the character desings were really neat, I especially liked that Gonta has bug wings I also found it hilarious that Shuichi was straight up reasoning why dating Kokichi's actually, no prompt on the topic and when he realized what he was doing he was like "What". Pure gold. I can't wait to see the rest (read other comment where it said you were working on a part 3 of sorts, good luck!).

Tbh I’ve always hated maki she was a big hypocrite, she is literally a murder and acts like kokichi is worst than her. I’m pretty sure Kokichi outed her as an assassin cause SHES AN ASSASSIN. AND SUSPICIOUS AND SHE GETS ALL MAD, I honestly would’ve wanted to know that in a killing game

This.. this was really good. I.. words can't express how stunned I am with how well you captured their personalities. Miu's and Maki's in particular. I never quite realised it but yeah, Maki is the least forgiving of the group. She'd definitely keep bringing up what happened as a means to stop herself from empathising with Ouma. Probably because of her past. And Miu's characterisation.. it's just, really well-done. It's hard to describe in words but god I love it. I love how understanding she is of Ouma, I suppose. She's that morbid yet rational side of the group. I never quite realised she filled that role until now. I can't, god, this is so good. I'm still so stunned? Dude, keep up the good work! This was phenomenal.

All I can say is wow what an amazing video! The great editing combined with the concept of trying to get the cast to actually trust Kokichi is awesome. I also love that the cast is actually in character I hardly see that in reaction vids. Overall probably the best reaction video I've ever seen!

Theres many times where shuichi is overly rude and ppl ignore it bc hes the "nice and sweet protagonist", but hes not, kaede is..I feel as if Kaede didn’t die more ppl would’ve survived, and the characters would be nicer to kokichi.
