Actually, the author covered the combat skills of both. He said, out of scale of 100, Loid is a 60...Yor is 100. He did say that in a purely 1v1 situation Yor wins but Loid could win if given prep time due to his access to gear, poison and other spy stuff. Granted, Yor has access to that too but Loid is smarter so...
