We just learned this one recently and played it Sunday. I can definitely feel the Chris Coleman influence from the original track. It's always fun learning new feels and grooves. Not perfect run through for me. Had a few parts where I let the timing slip a hair. Much better than last week though.
Recorded with a GoPro. Added title with Premiere Pro and exported. Didn't really mess with it like I usually do. I like the way the audio compresses with the camera.
Good new, my house is getting close to be completed! As soon as I get settled in, I'm going to plan out making some new videos. Let me know what kinda of stuff you'd like to hear and see!

Great job, that's a crazy song for the drums. Just a quick question for you. How long did it take you to get used to playing with a tempo clicking in your ear? I've been made to use one playing at church and have found it crazy hard to concentrate on what the bands playing while I've got this annoying clicking in my ear. Keep up the good work.

Matt Richardson I began playing with it about 15 years ago and it took a while to get use to it. For a LONG time, I was the only one with the click so I had to fight the band/choir with the tempo. Eventually I figured out ways to keep them with me with the click. Recently we got the Aviom system so everyone has the click. I don't concentrate on the click, its natural to stay on it now. It just takes time to get it. Stay with it though, its the best thing to help your timing. You probably rush your fills now so this will keep that in check.

Chris Stanley Hey there! Im the only one with a click in my church too, and totally feel you when you say "fight the band/choir (ESPECIALLY SINGERS) with the tempo". Could you maybe elaborate on some of these ways?

Aaron Pang A lot of it has to do with the hi hat. You have to make them feel that they are behind you so they will catch up. Accenting or adding more subdivisions will do this.
May I ask what's that for an app on your ipad? :-)
