I know this is really late. Sorry. I really wish he wouldn't be so dang hard on himself. We know he's trying his best and he doesn't need to be the greatest drummer in the world. I love him for who he is. He has high expectations of himself and that's how i am too having high expatiations for myself. But he shouldn't be hard on himself.
