The most under rated DJ on the Drum and Bass scene the only guy on the same level would be Andy C for mixing techniques, AMC b2b Andy C would be a fucking unbelievable show!

OMG times infinity @103 min onwards. THX sound and SVS sub cookin. AMC undisputed champ of nuero funk, quick cut dnb classics only Andy C can compete mixing wise. Live and breathe Dnb and AMC is dropping heat and in the pocket DJ skills next level when you get lined up in wit killa tunes like a air traffic controller. Landing planes in with bass lines decimating and destroying the surrounding background. This is what it's about right here, sonically. Peace love unity respect, from a old school cat to all the kids saying this dude is dropping knowledge. Stick with him and the sky's the limit I'm very happy that drum and bass is in his hands among others who have respect to the ones that came before setting the stage for apex mixing because the catalog is so deep.

Huge set from A.M.C, definitely up there with the best. Imo Andy is still the best DJ out there mainly because as much as A.M.C's quick changes are impressive, sometimes it's best to give a tune some breathing space and let it play out a bit, soak up some atmosphere and all that which Andy does better than anyone.

I love all the double drops that open sets and then remain a tactic throughout the sets. As I understand it, this traces back mainly to Mampi Swift who really championed or maybe invented that kind of double drop. AMC of course is doing it throughout his sets. And Andy C does it all the time, but with THREE decks simultaneously which I love. Does anyone think there will be a next step in the evolution of DnB DJing? What could that be? I tend to lean towards Andy C because of his "triple drop" as I call it and his wider variety of DnB genres than other DJs. But I'd love to know if there will be an evolution in the DnB style.

AMC is even faster than "double drops", he drops a track in a middle of the "chorus" of an another track. It's pretty hard to keep up the whole set, even he has slower passages. I'm more amazed at his timing and song selection. It's hard to find tracks which sound good together.

Some Dj's even go so far as 4 decks.. But these days (and I think it will stay this way), it's more about the selection of tunes and getting them to work well together. In this aspect, it keeps evolving, because there are always dope new tracks being produced, which is the reason why we go to watch dudes like AMC in the first place - the music :)

Double dropping just for the sake of double dropping is stupid. That's why I can't stand Mampi Swift. It gets old. Andy C will double drop, mix through, mix to the intro, etc.

Was there. I'm sad that I have to say it, but what he showed on LiR in Bratislava was the weakest set I've ever heard from him. Like 3-4 bright moments . Big dissapointment. Even though, still the best dnb DJ of all.
