I like sisqo as an artist. However tons of years of over indulgence in alcohol has slightly ruined his voice. He definitely has a little more of a challenge hitting the higher notes nowadays, but he’s still a great singer and artist though. 👍🏿

I spent many years debating in my mind who was better. Sisqo or K-ci. I've come to the conclusion that there is no such thing as the best.. In the 90's we just had plenty of talent come through at one time.

90's R&B was unparalleled. That being said, Sisqoo is definitely a better performer than K-ci live.

@@kelb89 I can only say that sisqo was a better performer but not a better vocalist in terms of range and vocal agility and total vocal control in a live concert. K-Ci had more power than Sisqo as well. If we were to compare Sisqo and K-Ci in their primes, K-Ci would best Sisqo all day, as a total performer though....no! I give that to Sisqo all day. Both of them were my vocal idols in my younger days....ha!

Omg I'm about to cryyy!. This brings back memories!! the 90's was the best & growing up Dru Hill was my life & Sisqo was my husband.. I was gonna marry him one day lol. It's nothing like artist that can sound just like the cd.. these days they struggle or have to make up a performance by shaking their ass (not cute) Dru Hill, Jodeci & Boyz 2 Men are the best.. altho Dru hill has my heart =]

I went to one of there concerts when I was in middle school and they had on the same blue oufits. I use to have an obession was these dudes back then. I hope they are working on another album!!!

Wait a dang minute, Sisqo is only 33 years old in 2012? What the hell? That means he was like 19-22 or whatever during his prime in dru hill. Singing the way he does. That's pretty impressive. I thought he was in his forties i.e. late 20s in his "golden years". That's amazing. Not quite Dino's voice from H-town at that age, but still amazing nonetheless.

nope!it was in Toronto,N.E.X.T. and Uncle Sam opened for them, but dru couldint make it cause of woody. so they sang it, and wanya took the lead on "its not to late for us to chaaaaaaaange" he just murdered it. all the music stoped and the crowed went craaazy. then BIIM had a fight back stage casuse Mike had his back probs,and was sitting the whole show on a stool. and they broke tables and stuff, in the dressing room.they canceled the tour. it was in our local paper i still have the clippings

@tristanaoc I agree with most of this except the last part, sisqo can't sing like he could 10 years ago, his voice has gotten much more raspier and can't hit the notes he used to, still love him though :)

sisqo's strained his voice throughout his career and if u listen he is not killing it like on cd his voice cracks when he tries to hit those high notes but k-ci on the hand has a much stronger raspier voice, sisqo is more talented as far as performance on stage but vocally it jus doesnt compare to k-ci....and while we on this subject dino from h-town was just as good as the both of them! check it out b4 u judge the boi could blow

K-CI aint got nothing on Sisquo. They both sound like Bobby Womack, but Sisquo got K-CI beat by a mile. K-CI was definately a studio artist.

What!????? You do know he was like n a gospel group in the 80s right? They went by the Hailey Brothers. K-Ci is a gospel singer grew up in the church both of them

@KWASHIC Wanya should led with them though hes better than both of them

K-Ci in his prime had no equal. He had a unique and powerful quality to his voice that was unmatched especially live. Sisqo was awesome in the studio and had few peers. However, he struggled in live performances on a regular basis.
