Grew up as an early breakdancer, just before hip hop became what it is and house dropped. Was there in London for the birth of Old Skool then jungle. Have to say, at nearly 50 years old, out of all of the sounds I saw arrive, and thrive...liquid is the one I love most. Whether in the gym or getting mullared. This is my go to sound

Raise me up baby! In recovery from heavy 5wk covid. Ended up with blood clots on the lungs in hospital. Out now and hopefully on the mend. That was a close shave! It's 11.22am here and I have this pumping through a serious sound system.....I swear certain music heals the body and the mind. I'm convinced of that!!!
