Hope you're doing well, and enjoying life. I like your tips on driving, not so much for me, but for those who don't know. I been doing snow removal for 36 years, 13 at MoDOT, and 23 at the airport I work for. Taint no picnic, but I've learned what it takes to get to and from work. Just another suggestion for winter driving, if you drive a light weight RWD vehicle, put a couple 50lb bags of sand in the trunk for added weight to give the rear tires more grip, it makes a huge difference. It may cost a little extra in gas, but could also make the difference in whether you get you vehicle stuck during snow storm, or not.

When learning to drive - find a BIG parking lot with no obstacles, then put yourself in every imaginable slipping/sliding situation. Get some speed, then slam on the brakes, practice with modulating them. Do skids, spins, drifts, work that steering wheel from one side to the other. It's all a lot of fun and valuable. Then look up and practice "threshold braking." Believe it or not, you are better at stopping than your anti-skid system. If you have front-wheel-drive, learn to anticipate that when you try to accelerate on a crowned road, (higher in the center than the edges, for drainage), that your front wheels spinning will pull you right into the curb/ditch. Also, 4WD or ALL-wheel-drive, or full-time-drive will help you accelerate on slippery roads, but none of them help you stop. I live in the CO mountains, and we see many tourists in accidents, that rented a 4WD, but have no idea how they work. When pulling them out of the ditch, after they were speeding downhill on a slippery road, they proclaim "But I thought 4WD kept you on the road."

I've been watching you for years and just read that you were born in 1962!? I'm absolutely shocked! I'm 61 and always assumed you were in your early 30's. If someone told me you were in your late 20's I would believe them. You need to launce a skincare line!
