Driving Test Pass at Chelmsford 3rd April 2023 @
This was an exceptional FIRST TIME PASS with just 2 driver faults! The candidate originally had their test in Kent a few weeks prior to this one but it was on a strike day and was therefore cancelled. Another date was given but it wasn't convenient due to relocating to Chelmsford.
This was a short-notice test and the candidate was unable to find a local instructor who could take them on. I agreed to cover the test. Both of us were unfamiliar with the area. This is not something I would normally do but I couldn't leave them in the lurch! As anyone who has been through a driving test knows, it can be a nerve-racking experience so to take a test in an unfamiliar area and pass is extra special. VERY WELL DONE!

Please you need to teach on what you are doing on your video with a voice so it can be understood and appreciated
I got my test on September 15th, my instructor had to stop for medical reasons and now I have to learn in a new car with a new instructor 11 weeks before test. I own my own car, praying I pass I got my test in chelmsford so this video has helped. I would like to know what the 2 driving faults were
Please do more videos for Chelmford, my test is on July and unfortunate I don't the area.

@@powerfulstateofmind I now realise - after taking some classes - that I was missing a lot of things and I could have done way better. Another disadvantage that I had was that I am not a local and I am more used to of driving in London. I was under-speed most of the time during the test that resulted in a big queue behind me. Best wishes for your test. I am sure you are going to make it.

This person has had the easiest route possible for Chelmsford. The only thing that would have made it even easier would be to have forward bay parking instead of the parallel parking manoeuvre.

What do you think is the most challenging in chelmsford? Miami, army and navy and dual carriageway mixture?

@@BombLobsteryes that’s the route I had. Army and navy onto Essex yeomanry way dual carriageway. Then onto the A12. To make it even harder there was a hearse going 25 on there when the speed limits 60.

1:57 is a fail! You need to let ample room for the cyclist to pass and he has right of way and you are encroaching on their lane.

Knowing what examiners are like I would expect a Major for Undue Hesitancy. I agree with you but you have to Kowtow to Examiner Prejudice
