Ali bhai NOC apne District Traffic Police ke office se lena hota hai, jo normally same day mil jata hai. PCC pr immigration ka purpose or country ka naam Portugal.

wa alaikum salaam bhai, Don't worry, if your license old more than 2 or 3 years you will get licence, and if you got new during visiting Pakistan then possible they will ask you for try.

If there is a htv ladance of Saudi Arabia, it should be nice of Saudi Arabia for Portugal

Sir without Residence card they are not entertaining driving license exchange requests, but if your Driving License going to expire before your residence card and you are afraid you will not be able to renew from the country where did you get that, better give a chance to apply. Good Luck

Aap IMT ko call kren aur appointment le kr unke office chale jayen, wahan se yeh correct ho jaye ga, kuoon ke bgair email ke aap ka process nahi hona, kuoon ke sb kuchh email pr hi aata hai

Gurpreet bro depend on your license starting date, if it is old you will have quick response, if license is new then it will take from 2 months to 6 months depending on how much work load IMT office has.

Brother things being changed in IMT too so we can never say anything certain. Many people got rejected the driving license exchange due to not staying 6 months in Pakistan and called for the practical test but I know couple of too who did not stay 6 Months but got the Driving License exchanged. So it would be on your luck totally. Good Luck
