لمادا لا تنشأ الدولة حزام أخضر لحماية المدينة من زحف الرمال .. لمادا لا يتم تزويد العاصمة بلماء الصالح لشرب من نهر السينيغال ... لمادا لا بتم انشاء شبكة الصرف الصحي بدلا من حفر الحفر .. لمادا لا يتم تعبيد الشوارع في المدن الموريطانية
