I've just seen your film. Thank you for sharing it on here. It's brought back so many great memories for me. At one time I was 'you' in that driving seat. I owned a red 1965 Tiger throughout the 1970's. My weekend enjoyment was spent in that seat on sunny Summer Sunday afternoons, with the top down and listening to that engine burbling through the Cheshire countryside. Fabulous !!

My dad had a blue tiger that was bored to 4.7 on the original block, the number plate even had 666 in it, straight pipes with no silencers, The Beast. Miss it greatly, the sound it made was incredible.

Beautiful car. Sounds great. The Sunbeam Tiger, in my opinion, is the only car that makes the AC Cobra overrated.

Similar sort car as it was a ford designed by shelby engine that powered these similar to cobra but in small block form

Very low rpms, tough on the engine . Put your foot in it once and awhile

    A ported 289 with a T-5 would move a Mustang well; in the flyweight Sunbeam it's a 4-wheeled missle.

Did you upgrade dinky 13-inch wheels to 15 inchers, big difference in handling and traction? It's not about power, it's about traction...Carroll Shelby.

The car seems to have a 5 speed? Is it running a T5 kit from the states.. or something sourced in the UK?
