Driving 8 Hours In A Blizzard To Shed Hunt! Shed Hunting And Scouting
Ойын-сауық
A little snow and an 8 hour drive was not enough to stop the guys as they head to southern Illinois to scout and shed hunt. Spring scouting is one of the best tools that you can use for patterning deer in the upcoming season! Its a bonus to find shed antlers.

Appreciate the feedback and thanks for watching. Respectfully disagree. You can learn a lot about what a deer was doing and how they shed their antlers, thus able to find more antlers! Lots of requests for more angles as they lay!

@@ghostbuckshuntingvideos7832 thats funny that you think how it lays on the ground tells you what the deer was doing 🤣seriously. I like watching your videos but an antler hits the ground and rolls or bounces. it by no means tells you anything about the buck. location does but definitely not how it was laying.

@@huckleberry460 yup agree! Most of the reason for the multiple angles is to show transition lines or type of cover not just the position of the antler. So obviously how the antler lays says nothing other than how long ago the deer shed via wax ring, chews etc. the close ups also show different ways that the antlers can lay. So I didn’t mean that I scout by how the antler is laying, but It can help find more sheds. Thanks for watching! Hopefully a lot more to come! Good luck with shed hunting!!!
