A harvester's day with a New Holland FR650 and a Kemper 10-row header harvesting corn for a biogas plant. Maize with an average yield of 65 t/ha is cut to 6 mm and taken to the pit by tractor sets.
The corn harvest was accompanied by rain, which made it impossible to harvest, and even on this day it rained and we had to leave the field. On this day, we only managed to refuel the cutter and park it, but unfortunately, due to the heavy rain, the refueling is not on the video. The next day, when we stopped due to heavy rains, at least there was time for a thorough maintenance, which you will see in the second part of The Cutter's Day.
