Driver's view from Scarborough up to Waterfall - Locomotives VL355 & RL302 - February 2023
Footage of the driver's view from Scarborough to Waterfall recorded on Monday February 13th, 2023 ,from a camera mounted on the front of locomotive VL355 as it works with RL302 hauling a Southern Shorthaul Railroad empty grain train from Port Kembla bound for Coonamble.

That'd be good to see the whole trip.
I have to admit to feeling a bit edgy when they slowed almost to a crawl in the tunnel. Shiver!
they're certainly using the least used (grassy) track on those early parts!
Great video. You got up some speed after Coalcliff. I'm guessing top speed was 60kph ? How long to Coonamble ?

Funny. I've seen this same video last year. Not 2023.😮
I know I am going to get a rebuke for this comment, but please going foward on any new videos, remove the watermarks from the bottom of the screen. They were both very distracting and this was otherwise a good cab ride.

yea i'd be reporting that wheelset for a lookover, how could you stand it in the cab!
