I have a Question My car doesn't show the Profile Box Clearly like its fully Blur where you can't change the Profiles from Guest.. So what do I have to do for this problem ? I Have the S60 Car

I have all key lost issue and I got a red key programmed via vida app. Now my profile setting is inactive to select, i can only select the guest round bottom but profile 1 and 2, it’s inactive. What should I do

Did all that on my v90( built in 2019) but every new startup will not change my driver preference to individual without the engine switching to standby at traffic lights!

Helpful. I want to unlock my profile in my xc40, i find it annoying that if i change any controls during a journeyx temp, radio etc and i stop for even a short while ie fuel. My settings are all changed when i get back in. I guess i need to unlock from my key?

Hi Brian, Sorry for late reply. If you do need to make changes during your journey and want to save them, you can pull down the screen to show Profiles in the top right. Select this and your profile should be highlighted if you've opened the car with your key before your journey started. Simply press the "Save" icon on the right of your profile. It looks like an old 80's style floppy disc. This will save your new position to the profile for you.

@@malekid24 thanks Chris. I disabled the profiles a long while ago. I found that if I changed a temp, radio station etc during a journey and then stopped fora reason, shop, fuel. All settings would revert back on start up. I know that I can save the changes by doing what you suggest but thats a pain. Un synching from the key was that answer. Cheers

I have a 2019 S60 and the profile feature is buggy. My wife and I both use the car so we have separate profiles, but it often hangs up when needing to switch between the last one who drove the car, and no profiles are shown on the profile page. It does correct itself, but it can require many minutes to do so. I have actually had the car squishing me like a scene from Indiana Jones when the seat starts adjusting to my wife's settings. Hopefully, a firmware fix is in the works.
