Loosing those was always annoying. Seems you can't loose rims in New York because of a bug and since the hubcap script was untouched in Driver 2 you also can't loose rims in Rio there. I myself never knew that.

It can be found on hiddenpalace: hiddenpalace.org/Driver_(Mar_9,_1999_prototype) It should be the 3.8 version. Also you can get the V4.11 version there also.

There are 2 downloads on the top on that site and if you download just one of these 2 you should get an .7z file. It should be 100% free. If it displays something with 40 days, you must have clicked something wrong or it's just an ad.@@momoqahtani6545
