Says whom ? Everything is open In Dubai (including shopping malls) and the other Emirates theres no such thing as getting fined 2000 if they left the house. Curfew hours are from 6 am - 10 pm. If they were out pass 10 pm then they’re more likely to get fined! Please get your information correct! International Flights are due to open on june the 23rd FYI!
